In 1900 Frank D. Stout inherited part of his father's lumber fortune and within a few years was one of the wealthiest men in the country. In 1903 Stout built a 31 room summer home located on its own 26 acre island, which he names the Island of Happy Days. We invite you to experience the history, comfort and charm of this remarkable facility.
