Individual Rates
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is a $25 charge
for each additional guest over 14 years old. Comfortable roll away
beds can be added to many rooms for an additional $25.
Rates are subject to state & county sales tax.
Room rates include scheduled ferry service, continental breakfast
and use of all recreational equipment except motorized boats. Rooms
are rented in Friday-Saturday combinations. Sunday night half-price
when booked with Friday & Saturday. Single night reservations
available all other nights.
Conference & Group Rates

Group Rates are available for parties of 12 to 60 people. These
rates include all meals and break refreshments and use of private
meeting rooms.
Beverages and 18% gratuity (on food and beverages) and 5.5% sales
tax are an additional charge.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of your lodging fee is required at the time of
reservation.
Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover are accepted.
50% of Lodging fees confirms the reservation.
Deposit is Non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different
date or exchanged for a gift certificate.

Check-in
3 pm to 8 pm
The Ferry leaves the shore on the hour.
Check-out
from rooms by 11 am
The Ferry leaves Island at 10 minutes to the hour.
Guest room charges are paid on day of departure.
